Crafty Weekend

Saturday night I made a few more Birthday Cards, with my Nestabilitie Dies, and then I made 2 of each of the Ladies from the Forever Young Cartridge. I often get asked at Creative Memories Camps to cut things out so I decided to start getting some ready. How much to charge you ask, well not sure what do you think. They are all CM Paper and cut at 41/2 inches. There are a few of Paper dolls as well.

Wardrobe what Wardrobe

Well goodbye to Gary's old wardrobe.
This used to be his bedroom when he lived in this house when he was growing up and now as most of you know its my Craft Room.
As you have seen in previous photo's I have been slowly doing the room up to how I want it.
This is my son Corey using his muscles to help me bang the .... out of the old wardrobe. We forgot about the pictures on the other side of the wall and 2 of them fell down, not to much damage. Do you know how much fun it is to bang at a piece of wood with a hammer!!!!!

Then we got to paint inside the cupboard as I will be calling it now ( didnt do the top no one will see it), and the cupboard doors go in on Friday.

I have used lots of bling, cant seem to help myself but in saying that I have so much of the stuff I dont think I will ever use it all.

This is a Card Jessie has made for Luke's sister Casey for her birthday tomorrow,
she wasn't to sure about putting it on my blog she thought she might make her own blog, I told her NO one is enough, and then I get to put it up on mine.
Love you Jess.

CUTTLEBUG DAISY

When will they stop making new craft tools.
That is a question that I dont think anyone can answer.
Here are a couple of flowers that I made with my new Cuttlebug Quilling Tool, its quite easy to do although I am not to sure I would buy anymore of them I think there were 3 types at the Craft Show. I know your all saying famous last words. So much quicker to do with the Cricut.

A Day With Friends

Tracey and Shelley overlooking Currumbin Beach.

We had a lovely day with Lola and Jim, had a delicious lunch and desert, Tracey didn't have to drive so she had a glass of wine with lunch. Lola's sister is away so they are house sitting.
They are up on the mountain and the view is spectacular you could see up to Surfers Paradise and down to Coolangatta.
We sat out on the balcony most of the day and it was just  fabulous, the sun was shinning not a cloud in the sky and we got to see Dolphins in the water. Best of all was the Company of course Lola is a fantastic cook and Jim made sure we had plenty to drink.
Tracey and I have volunteered to house sit anytime, who wouldn't with a view like that to wake up to every morning.
Thanks Lola and Jim for a wonderful relaxing day.
How the other half live !!!
Should also mention I did all this fancy work on Creative Memories Storybook.

MY NEW CRAFT ROOM

Well what do you think so far. This is my new craft room that I have been doing up for the last few months or so. My husband helped me pick out the Wall Units and of course I have been filling them up with all of my Craft Goodies. Bet you can't guess what my favourite colour is? I  used Creative Memories Storybook and did the writing and then cut them out with my Nestabillites.I then stuck them on to Kaiser and Bella Flowers, to give the whole flower effect. Of course then there is all of my own personal Kaiser paper which are in there bundles according to the names of the papers there are only 746 single sheets of paper, that's not including there plain papers which would be about another 200 sheets. What can I say I will use them all eventually. Until next time Happy Scrapping, Card Making or Anything Crafty.

21 st Birthday Card

My mother-in-law asked me to make a Card for a 21st Birthday for a special girl, but instead of making a card, I made this with Kaiser Products and Paper, then I could really bling it up and it will be something she can keep. If you look really close in the left hand corner I have a little silver shoe, and many thanks to Tracey for showing me how to scrunch up the Kaiser Flowers and of course I used my new Stampin-up Glitter.
